Today I am continuing my tips on how to maintain healthy eating and exercise habits during the holiday season (aka the eating frenzy). In keeping with the mindfulness theme, during the holiday period it is important to learn to stop eating when you full. There is a BIG difference between being full and being STUFFED. Listen to your body. So, I have some homework for everyone. Starting now, when you eat at home, take notice of how you feel when you are full. Try to rate your fullness on a scale of 1-5. At one you are just full and by the time you reach five you literally feel like you will be physically sick.
